If you have worked through in order, Section 8.0 is the last section, and you have completed the first steps of your Language in Action Training! 

Your next stop is live online training. Here you will get the opportunity to meet your managers and the rest of the team from your centre, your Programme Managers and members of Head Office. 

You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about what you have read, as well as learn more about the centre, and practice in some live scenario training. 

All this before you arrive at your centre in the summer, at which point you will have a full day induction and training on your specific centre (Day -1), and prepare your school for Day Zero! 

Thank you for taking the time to read through this Team Training Guide. This preparation is an important part of your understanding of the role and the business. Remember, if you have any questions or there is anything you are unsure of, your Manager is always available to help.
