Adam holds a BA in Geography and has over 12 years of experience within global education including 9 years in China. Adam also has experience working as Operations Director and Business Development Manager within the education sector.

Daniele started his career in tourism and summer schools while at University. He holds a degree in Art History from the University of Rome and he has previously worked as a summer school manager. He is currently responsible for operations and students' welfare, while being an important support for the Management Team. Health & Safety Lead, Designated Safeguarding Lead

Beatrice holds a Master’s degree in English and Spanish and has had a strong connection with UK summer schools since very young. With strong experience in working as a summer school manager, she is now responsible for coordinating all summer centres and managing LiA staff, as well as being involved in summer operations with the Management Team. Deputy Safeguarding Lead, Deputy Health & Safety Lead, Deputy Welfare Manager 

Ariosto gained experience in the industry while at University, working for LiA summer camps since 2018. After acquiring expertise abroad in Management Engineering as an exchange student at FSU University (USA), he graduated and joined the Management Team to support development and improvement of internal processes and administrative operations. Don has worked in Education Management for the past 15 years in both England and China.  He holds a degree in Secondary Education in German and a Diploma for English language teaching from Cambridge University.   He has dual citizenship from the U.S. and the U.K.  He is now responsible for the summer academic program in London, supporting the teaching teams and providing excellent learning experiences for students.

Lou acquired a maths degree at university before immediately moving into English language teaching. He worked as an ESL teacher in Cambodia before moving into academic management in Spain. Lou began at Malvern International as a teacher before progressing to Senior teacher, and then joining Language in Action management team in 2023. He is now responsible for supporting the teachers as well as providing academic help for the students.

With a degree in Business Management, George gained more than a decade of management experience before moving into the education sector. He joined Malvern International in 2017 first as a teacher, then into educational management. His expertise include training and staff development, as well as logistical planning. Over the summer George will oversee several centres across the country.   Specialist Safeguarding Level 3 Trained

Oriana studied Linguistic and Cultural Mediation with a focus on international relationships, and while studying secured her first role as a Logistics Manager for a talent management company. She moved into the education sector in 2018, starting with us at Language in Action as an activity leader. She has joined us every summer since, and has worked her way through all the roles before being appointed Programme Manager. Over the summer Oriana will oversee several centres across London.
