Firstly, I would like to welcome you to our Language in Action family! We are excited to have you join us this summer, and look forward to working with you to deliver the best summer school programme possible!
As a member of our operations team, the safety and happiness of our students rests in your hands, and although that may seem like a daunting task, you are not alone. You'll work closely with your management team and your Programme Managers, and we will support you and provide guidance every step of the way.
Family is important at Language in Action, and you are now a part of that family.
This is our biggest year ever, and you are an integral part of that growth. Over the last eleven years, our team has expanded from a small group to nearly 100 team members across 8 centres!
Good luck with your training, I have no doubt that you will be an excellent addition to the family!
